From the Silicon Valley of India to the vibrant cities of Europe, my career has taken me on a whirlwind adventure of learning, growth, and discovery. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in HR, I've been fortunate to work with incredible leaders, teams, and organizations across the globe. I've worn many hats along the way – from being a dedicated full-time employee to exploring the flexibility of freelancing and eventually taking the leap into entrepreneurship.

Through it all, I've had the privilege of managing teams, leading strategic initiatives, and navigating through the ups and downs of organizational life. From the exhilarating highs of rapid growth to the tough decisions during times of restructuring, I've experienced it firsthand and emerged stronger each time.
My passion for personal development and self-awareness has been a driving force throughout my career.
I've delved deep into understanding human behaviour, triggers, strengths, and interests, earning certifications as a practitioner for MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory.
