About Me
I am Neha, the founder of Harmonivity. I have always envisioned a world where individuals and organizations thrive in harmony. My mission is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, enable startups and scaleups to build harmonious workplace cultures that fuels producitivity, and equip leaders to drive sustainable growth. With this goal, I started Harmonivity in 2021.

With over a decade of experience in global HR roles spanning recruitment, people operations, and leadership positions, along with my coaching expertise and credentials, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table for organisations and individuals. Having worked with corporates, startups, and scaleups across continents, I possess a deep understanding of what it takes to cultivate highly productive teams and harmonious workplace cultures.
Efficiency and resilience are my superpowers in personal as well as professional spheres which enables me to pursue to my dreams and goals, and see them come to life. Through Harmonivity, I channel my strengths to impact as many lives and businesses as possible, and build a legacy of empowerment and accomplishment.

As a seasoned People & Culture leader, and Certified European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Coach, I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and leaders worldwide. Drawing from my rich background, I seamlessly blend pragmatism with compassion in my work, supporting both individuals and organizations on their unique journeys.

Being an EMCC accredited Coach as well as a Certified Practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory, I coach emerging and seasoned leaders in building irresistible workplace culture, and individuals in designing their version of a fulfilling life
